Sleepwalker

With a new label (Arista Records) and a new musical outlook (turning from theatrical concept albums back to straightforward rock and roll), Sleepwalker revitalized The Kinks, giving them their highest-charting album in the United States to date. Rolling Stone hailed the LP as “their most powerful since Lola,” and tracks like “Sleepwalker” and “Juke Box Music” are some of their strongest of this phase of their career.
